Frequently asked questions

What is WholaHub?
WholaHub is a B2B wholesale marketplace where verified European suppliers list liquidation stock, customer returns, overstock and clearance goods, and registered businesses source them by the pallet, truckload or container.
Who can buy on WholaHub?
Registered businesses only. Buyers need a valid trade registration and a VAT or tax ID. There is no consumer retail — every listing is a bulk B2B lot.
What do the goods grades mean?
Grade A is as-new stock, Grade B has minor defects, and Grade C has visible defects. Listings may also be new goods, surplus stock, customer returns, insolvency goods or mixed goods. Suppliers must state the grade accurately.
What does it cost?
Browsing, filtering and sending inquiries is free for buyers. Sellers pay a commission on completed sales — there are no upfront listing fees.
Which countries does WholaHub cover?
Suppliers ship from Germany, the Netherlands, Sweden, Poland and Spain, with delivery across the EU. The platform is available in English, German and Arabic, selected automatically from your country.
How are suppliers verified?
Every supplier is checked against a business registration and a VAT or tax ID before listing. Verified suppliers carry a badge, and buyers can see transaction history and reviews on each profile.
